2) Restart then Choose One from the following IDT(Try which driver work for you) : 

    2.1) SP41479 - Download

    2.2) IDTHD   - Download

    2.3) SP39545 - Download

    2.4) SP45100 - Download  -> Recommended
                                   or

                             Download - Mirror

Note : 

If you try to install it, you will see error. But ignore it, it will extract the driver files into Drive  C. Thats what we want.

You can check whether the driver already extracted in C:\SWsetup\sp41500\ or not.

Manual(Force) Driver Installation(Audio Driver) :

Procedure : 

1) Open Device Manager(Windows Button + R) then type "devmgmt.msc" and Press Enter.

2) Right click "Audio Device on High Definition Audio Bus" > Update Driver.

4) No to connect, Install from a list or specific location,
5) Select Don't Search, I will choose the driver to install,
6) For the Hardware Type select 'Show All Devices'
7) Uncheck the "Show Compatible Hardware" and click on "Have Disk".
8) Browse to C:\SWsetup\sp41500\ and choose the inf file. (the INF file may not be the same as this guide

    but mostly its name is sthda.INF. 

Note : SP4150 may be varies according to what driver you have.
9) Ignore the Warning Message by windows. Follow instruction.

10) Reboot.

READ THIS : 
For windows XP SP3, try performing the installation by using the Sound drivers given above.
Iif it didn't work install this patch :
KB835221
Restart and then install IDT Driver given above.

OPEN DEVICE MANAGER = (Windows Button + R) then type "devmgmt.msc" and Press Enter.

1) Right click on "Modem device on High Definition Audio Bus" and click Update driver.

2) Select "Install from a list or specific location"

3) Click Next. Then select "Don't search, I will choose the driver to install"

4) Click Next and then select "Modem" from the list.

5) Click Next and then click Have Disk.

6) Click Browse C:\swsetup\sp33890 folder and select the .inf (wis30b2b) file and click open

     and Ignore the warning message.
